and providing appropriate estimates.

Proceeding With Work Post-Selection

1. Work Progress and Coordination with Nearby Tenants

   After choosing a contractor, we coordinate schedules with tenants and nearby buildings.

   As extensive work can lead to complaints,

   we communicate the construction schedule and situation to the surrounding area and seek cooperation to conduct the work.

   
   

2. Work in Progress

   We proceeded with the work during the weekend, conducting on-site inspections with the septic tank contractor until completion.

   We remain on-site and provide real-time updates to the property owner regarding the work progress.

Sharing Photos From the Site

While on-site, we take photos of the situation and share them in real time with the property owner and other relevant parties,

continuing the work while recording the repair state and creating data-driven building maintenance records.

Completion of Internal and External Building Maintenance

The building's septic tank and external wall repairs have been successfully completed.

We have decided to conduct regular inspections and provide updates through routine management.

Cleaner Building approaches property management with a long-term perspective rather than just immediate solutions.

We'll serve as the property owner's personal assistant to support building management.
